Citizen Science App

We are developing a mobile phone App for visitors to Bridestones to record information about species that they spot ‘on-the-go’. Using GPS and camera technology embedded in smart phones, this App allows citizen scientist volunteers to collect verifiable records in the field. These records can then be used by our scientific team to further our understanding of changes in biodiversity during the course of our project.
